Change Password

How to change your password in the Wippidu app.

Change Password

  1. Click on the gear icon in the top right
  2. Select Change Password
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter your new password (at least 10 characters)
  5. Confirm the new password
  6. Click Save

Password Requirements

Your password must be at least 10 characters long.

Forced Password Change

In some cases, you will be prompted to change your password after logging in. This can happen when:

  • Your account has just been activated
  • An administrator has reset your password

In this case, you cannot use the app until you have set a new password.

Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password, contact your daycare management or administrator. They can reset your account so that you can set a new password at the next login.
