Children Overview
This guide explains how to view the children of your group and location.
Home Page: Your Group
After logging in, as an employee you see the children of your primary group.
Today/Tomorrow View
At the top of the home page, you will find two tabs:
- Today (with current date): Shows the absence status for today
- Tomorrow (with date): Shows the absence status for tomorrow
Children with a reported absence are shown with a badge displaying the type (illness, vacation, other) and the period.
Child Details
Click on a child to open the detail page. There you can see:
- Full name (including middle names)
- Birthday
- Location and group
- Current and past absences
From the detail page, you can directly send a message to the child's parents.
All Children at Location
Via the menu item All Children at Location in the sidebar, you can view all children at your location, organized by group.
Note
This feature is only available if it has been enabled by the location leader or administrator for your location.
The location overview offers:
- Quick navigation to individual groups (jump links)
- Today/tomorrow view as on the home page
- Absence badges for each child
