Manage Access Times

This guide explains how to manage parent access times at your location.

What are Access Times?

Access times define the period during which parents have access to app features for a specific child. This usually corresponds to the care contract.

Access the Feature

Click on Parent Access Times in the sidebar menu.

Search for a Child

  1. Enter the name of a child in the search field
  2. Click Search
  3. The results show all matching children with:
    • Parent name
    • Child name
    • Group
    • Valid from and valid until date
    • Status (active, expired, etc.)

  1. Click Edit next to the desired entry
  2. Adjust the time periods:
    • Valid from: When the parent's access begins
    • Valid until: When the access ends
  3. Click Save

Automatic Assignment

If the daycare synchronizes with the intranet system, access times are often automatically imported from contract data. In that case, you only need to manually adjust special cases.
