Registration

This guide explains how to register for the Wippidu app.

Prerequisites

  • You have a valid email address
  • Optional: You have received an invitation code from your daycare (as QR code or text code)

With or without invitation code

If you have an invitation code, your child will be automatically linked to your account. Without an invitation code, you can still register -- your daycare management will then assign your child manually.

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Open the App

Open the Wippidu app in your browser (on a computer or smartphone).

2. Start Registration

Click on Register now below the login form.

3. Enter Personal Data

Fill out the registration form:

  • First name and Last name
  • Email address: Your personal email
  • Role: Choose whether you are registering as a parent or employee
  • Invitation code (if available): Enter the code you received from your daycare
  • Privacy policy: Confirm that you have read the privacy policy

Click Register to create your account.

4. Activate Your Account

After registration, you will receive an email with an activation link.

  1. Open the email
  2. Click on the activation link
  3. Set your password (at least 10 characters)
  4. Confirm the password

Important

The activation link is only valid for a limited time. Activate your account promptly after registration.

5. Wait for Approval

Depending on the facility, your registration may need to be approved by the daycare management. After logging in, you will see a notice page until the approval has been granted.
