Location Settings

This guide explains the location settings available to you as a location leader.

Access Settings

Click on Location Settings in the sidebar menu.

Available Settings

The location settings are divided into sections:

Absence Reports

Here you define how absence reports are handled at your location:

  • Deadline for same-day reports: Until when parents can report an absence for the same day (e.g., 9:00 AM)

Archive

Settings for archiving content.

Calendar and News

Settings for calendar events and news at your location.

Employee Access

  • Location children overview: Define whether all employees can see the children of the entire location (not just their own group)

Save Changes

After each change:

  1. Click Save
  2. The change takes effect immediately

Delegated Management

If the administrator has assigned you extended management rights, you will find additional options in the gear menu:

  • Users: View and manage users
  • Children: View and manage children
  • Enrollments: Manage child-group assignments
  • Groups: Manage groups

These features are identical to the administrator features but limited to your location.
