Sync Dashboard
This guide explains how to monitor and control data synchronization with the intranet system.
What is Intranet Synchronization?
The Wippidu app can receive and process data from an external intranet system:
- Locations and groups
- Children and their group assignments
- Employees and their group assignments
- Location and group leader assignments
Note
This feature is only available if the intranet integration is configured (under gear menu > Intranet Settings).
Open Dashboard
Click on Sync in the gear menu.


Pending Data
The dashboard shows the number of pending records per category:
- Locations: New or changed location data
- Groups: New or changed group data
- Children: New or changed child data
- Child-group assignments: New group assignments
- Group leaders: New group leader assignments
- Location leaders: New location leader assignments
Process Data
You can process data per category individually:
- Click Process next to the desired category
- The pending records are imported into the system
- The count resets to 0
Alternatively, you can process all categories at once.
Automatic Synchronization
You can enable or disable automatic synchronization at midnight:
- Check the box Automatic synchronization at midnight
- With auto-sync enabled, incoming data is processed automatically
Other Admin Settings
In the gear menu, you will find further relevant settings:
