Report Absence
This guide explains how to report an absence for your child.
When should you report an absence?
Report an absence when your child:
- Is sick (please mention contagious diseases in the message)
- Is on vacation
- Cannot attend daycare for other reasons
Report early
Report absences the evening before or early in the morning so the daycare can plan accordingly.
Deadline for absence reports
Your daycare can set a deadline until when absences for the same day can be reported. After this deadline, a report for the current day is no longer possible -- call the daycare directly in that case.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Open Report Absence
Click on Report Absence in the sidebar menu or use the quick access icon on the child card on the home page.

2. Select Child

3. Enter Details
After selecting a child, the form appears:

- To date: Last day of absence
